R Vision makes aluminium ROPP caps for Indian water and beverage brands, in two products: Aqua Cap for packaged drinking water and Bev Cap for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. Both are 28/15 mm aluminium closures rated to 8 bar, adhering to USFDA and EU standards, and both carry a tamper-evident pilfer band. ROPP stands for roll-on pilfer-proof.
What ROPP means
ROPP is short for roll-on pilfer-proof. The cap arrives as a smooth aluminium shell with no threads. During capping, threading rollers press the aluminium into the bottle’s neck profile while a top block forms the seal, so the thread is created on the individual bottle rather than moulded to an average. A scored pilfer band at the base breaks cleanly on first opening, which is the built-in tamper evidence. For the full mechanism, see what is a ROPP cap.
The R Vision range
R Vision’s range covers the two closure jobs its customers ask for most: sealing water and sealing beverages. Both products share the 28/15 mm size and the 8 bar pressure rating, so a bottling line can run either without changing capping hardware.
Aqua Cap (packaged drinking water)
Aqua Cap is the water closure. It uses a tamper-evident three-part break-system ring and a TPE liner, and it suits hot fill, cold fill, and carbonated products. It is aimed at premium and niche packaged drinking water brands that want a metallic closure on the shelf and clear, visible proof that the seal is intact. Sizes, MOQ and machinery questions are answered in the Aqua Cap FAQ.
Bev Cap (beverages)
Bev Cap is the beverage closure. Its pilfer-proof ring stays attached to the cap after opening, so the bottle can be resealed while the tamper evidence remains visible. It uses a PVC-free TPE liner and comes in three ring variants: Round Ring, Two Slit, and Five Slit.
