Aqua Cap is a premium roll-on pilfer-proof closure that combines an aluminium cap with a plastic tamper-evident ring. The ring breaks visibly on first opening, so buyers can see at a glance that the bottle is sealed and genuine.

What liner does Aqua Cap use?
A TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) liner. The liner compresses against the bottle rim to form the seal.
Can Aqua Cap handle sparkling water or carbonated drinks?
Yes. Aqua Cap withstands pressures up to 8 bar and is suitable for hot fill, cold fill, and carbonated beverages.
What customisation is available?
Colours are customised to your brand. Top decoration can be plain, litho printed, or embossed, and side decoration plain or litho printed. Available finishes are MCA I/II/III, MCA 7.5 R, MCA 7.5 RF, and PET BPF.
Does Aqua Cap need special capping machinery?
No. Aqua Cap runs on standard roll-on application machinery.
What standards does Aqua Cap follow?
The closure adheres to USFDA and EU standards for food contact.
What is the shelf life, and how are caps shipped?
Two years from the manufacturing date on the carton. Caps are packed in PE bags inside export-grade corrugated cartons, and should be stored in a clean environment between 5 and 30 degrees centigrade.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs start at 50,000 caps for plain silver, 200,000 for plain colours, and 300,000 for litho printing.
What is the lead time?
4 to 6 weeks from order.
